��߲�ӰԺ is seeking a dedicated Senior Specialist for the Customer Service team at a pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Greek and have a knack for problem-solving. This role involves interacting with customers, processing orders, handling billing and account inquiries, and resolving customer issues. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with Global Distribution Practices (GDP) and supporting data analysis and preparation.

Responsibilities:

Receive and process customer orders, validating them and entering them into the SAP system.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax, recording interactions in the CRM system.
Inform customers about any quality issues related to products, recalls, or hold situations.
Monitor all open orders/deliveries until completion and handle any exceptions.
Determine root causes of issues and inform customers of outcomes.
Escalate order management disputes to the in-market Order to Cash (O2C) team.
Understand business logistics and handle customer complaints.
Perform Audit Control report review and escalate any potential deficiencies.
Support the customer qualification process through direct interaction with the customer.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Business fluency in Greek.
Experience in customer service and logistics is beneficial.
Proficiency in using SAP (SD module) and other Customer Service applications.
Advanced knowledge and use of Office productivity tools.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems with limited guidance.
Quantitative and analytical skills.
Ability to take responsibility and accountability for the successful completion of assigned tasks.
Excellent cooperation skills with other teams both internally and with external parties.
Ability to identify and drive areas for continuous improvement.
